Brighton Day Retreat
Saturday Oct. 21st
Held at Studio iO in Brighton, spend this 1/2 day exploring both the upside down and the reclined. From 11:00, we will work with handstand and forearm stand drills and alignment. After a delicious fresh lunch at 13:00, we will move through more mobility-focused movement then a soft meditation ending around 17:30. Open to all levels!
