Welcome to Yoga with Rose! I'm happy to have you here.

I started my yoga practice at 8 years old, whilst pursuing dance and acting in Los Angeles, California. By the time I was a teenager, I was taking yoga class every other day. I leaned further into my meditation and spiritual practices, which led me to my first Yoga teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. 

​

I have since taught yoga in Paris, Los Angeles, and am currently in London. The styles I teach include: Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative. I have a huge academic interest in anatomy and physiology. I strive to promote the benefits of multidisciplinary and holistic wellness.
